I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the historical charm of Bintulu's Old Town is appealing, but the rooms need serious attention as they are poorly managed and have lingering smells. The staff was friendly and acknowledged the issues, but the renovation process seems to be taking longer than expected.
